Unfortunately it wasn't the venue that had the issue. The venue did not care. Having organized various events over the years and been to plenty of veg fests the venue rarely cares unless you are actively doing illegal things which UPC and others have not done and do not do. It was a conscious decision from the organizers. The Credit Union really only cares you don't damage their parking lot or their building or actively go against their business, they were certainly not looking into UPC and saying no. I am surprised nothing to really back up your food issues. Having eaten there a second time because I am a fair person it was a little more edible this time but I avoided the raw broccoli in lemon water. It wasn't great food for the price but wasn't so abhorrent as that broccoli.
