Hmm, sorry you didn't have the ideal Sleepy Monk experience. We can make any of our drinks with alternative milk, our specialty drinks would have surely hit the spot. As for the drip coffee, we have a range of options from medium roast to french roast that rotate constantly, we brew with the same standard ratio of grounds...but there is always a chance the scale was off. Either way, if your ever unsatisfied, please let us know. We are happy to fix mistakes on our end. As for the lids, sometimes when things are busy we make mistakes(sorry about that, we appreciate you reducing plastic waste).
