Dear Fattcatt, Good afternoon. Thank you for visiting us and thank you for the review and feedback. If i may i would like to answer to a couple of your comments that, in our opinion and the opinion and reviews from most of our guests ,is not true. Firstly as it appears in the photo that you shared you everyone can see how fluffy the pancakes are. Secondly regarding the flavour our guests can comment .As about the pre prepared i want to assure you that is not true and as you saw we have an open kitchen and everyone can see that we prepare the pancakes on the grill in front of everyone. About the feeling now we apologise if it was cold but as you maybe know everything is housemade and some products need fridge in order to keep them fresh. On the table , there is a basket with 4 main condiments. These are salt , pepper, green tabasco and agave syrup. The first 3 are there , not to adjust the flavour, but every person has different preferences regarding saltiness and spiciness . The 4th condiment , the agave syrup, is for the drinks and not for the pancakes. There is an option in the menu or you can ask our staff for maple syrup.
