Thank you for trying Cheezy Vegan and for your feedback. We are really pleased that you thought our staff is awesome, and noticed our diverse menu and the void that we fill in approachable vegan dining. As you said, you do not react well to Impossible Burgers, etc. so we do encourage you to try our cauliflower and mushroom-based items. We think you'll love them.
