Hi, appologies that you received poor service. We pride ourselves on good customer service so I'm sorry we missed the mark on this occasion. I will raise this with the staff involved. As for the kitchen opening times... They are on two very large blackboards as you enter so Im not sure how we could make it more clear. Like pretty much all pubs its service at the bar, we don't offer table service.
