Dear You ! I'm so sorry you had this experience in Zula as my staff and I try very much to give only the best. Sometimes we are less then perfect and some things happen. It is rare for me to get a bad review and i take it to heart. The next time you are in Bali you are welcome to Zula for a meal on the house. peace liat
