Yeah I will never forget the time I was filling my own pre-weighed container from the bulk bins and a staff member told me I had to line up (in the long queue) to get my container weighed at the counter. I remarked that that was a bit annoying and the staff member raised his voice at me and said “We actually demand it!” Fair enough to insist, but basic customer service would not involve going from zero to 100 in three seconds.
