Hi, I'm really sorry about your experience. Friendly and professional service is really important for us. I really don't know what happened that day, but I will definitely check it with the team. Usually it is not like that, and we get many compliments about our friendly service😄 Also, we always have Portuguese speaking person in our staff, and we have Portuguese menus. About the tribal symbols on our menu, I don't know why you say it's culturally insensitive, this is just a design style :)
