We are so appreciative for our review! Yes, between the expense of vegan makers ingredients (organic cashews, hand-made artisan meats, locally crafted small batch pantry items, etc.) and Covid Supply Chain challenges, prices have gone up everywhere. Fortunately our Panini, being over 12 inches, are hearty enough for sharing!
