WOW. Hi there, I am so glad you wrote this review, if for no other reason so that I could see that amazing response from someone at the restaurant. After reading that amazingly rude and unprofessional reply, I have very little interest in patronizing this restaurant. What a shame. With such attitude, it's not much of a surprise to read things such as dishes being served with thumbs in the dish, long waits and poor seating choices. Proper service is essential, especially at premium prices. Original poster, don't allow yourself to be bullied. You have a right to post your (helpful) review and not be replied to in such a rude way. Write on.
