We offer 3 or 4 hot dishes, three of which are vegan, which isnt bad going for a vegetarian place. Svet isnt hostile, but does not like to be told what we should sell. Why are you stating dairy and eggs in the cons? As I keep pointing out, we are vegetarian. Marching in and stating you are a "Happy Cow" ambassador meant nothing to her, and why should it? It's not "appalling" to disagree when people try to impose their views on you, nor is it hostile to offer a counter argument. It's really quite rude to be told to offer more vegan options, I totally agree with my wife, it's our business, and we offer what we decide. You took offense at being told straight, you had no problem telling us what we should do, but seemed to have a problem with an honest response.
