Hi Tom! Unfortunately we haven’t been active on UberEats since early last year sometime and am unsure as to how this even happened. We know what it’s like to anticipate a great meal, and imagine this was quite disappointing! So sorry for that. There’s gotta be a glitch somewhere. It’s likely that if an order was allowed to go through for some reason, it may have been UberEats who cancelled your order, as all of our connections to their system is disconnected; and we would absolutely never conduct business this way. We’ll check to see what’s happening to prevent this in the future and apologize for that inconvenience. Please have lunch on us as our personal invite in!
