I sincerely apologize for your experience & regret that a container or sauce like maple butter might not have been properly sealed. I'll do my best to ensure togo food is packaged better & welcome you to reach out to me directly so I can do something to properly compensate or refund you for the mistake. I want to always do my best to ensure everyone enjoys their meal without spills or accidents like this. None of our food contains much oil so I'm unsure what else might have happened to cause this issue, jackbeque@gmail.com
