Hi Amy, I am very disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent BA-HA experience. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have had a several negative reviews in regards to the booking fee which was unfortunately out of our control as it was under Sobremesa terms and conditions. Please note that we are no longer at Sobremesa in Digbeth. We would have happily have changed your burger as we want the best for our guests. Please let our team know on the day to ensure we can address the issue immediately. I am very disappointed that this has happened as we want to only serve great food at our pop up locations. Please email me with more details as I must investigate further as I take the matter very seriously. We hope to have you as our guests again in the future.
