Hi, I apologise if you found we weren’t open bang on 10am. Quite often at the moment we don’t have the lights on as it creates extra heat which is a problem for the chocolate with the current weather. Our locals know they are very welcome to come in if the door is open - and often knock to buy chocolate out of hours. We’re a little shop and very occasionally there may be a last minute change to opening times but the vast majority of the time we’re there, and we’re usually still open much later than our advertised closing time so this was a very rare occurrence. As a small start-up business, we’d be more than happy to post out to you if you had contacted us in person rather than leaving a review which could cause people not to visit us, and we would have much appreciated your support in this way.
