Your opinion means a lot to us, and unfortunately we regret deeply You haven't had the best experience at our place. We can see it can be very frustrating to ask for the Romanian dishes that are some of our best options and to find out the restaurant is out of them. You're right, our place is not so big and sometimes our small team is overwhelmed by multiple tasks. We're of course very sad You haven't noticed in time the indoor space, where most of our customers and friends spend most of their time. We've made it to be friendly and cozy, maybe next time You will have the opportunity to consider it. About salt, oil and other dressings, we serve by default fries and salads without them most of the time, because many people prefer them this way, but You only have to ask for them, they are of course on the house. About burgers, some of them are by default deep fried and some grilled, but of course we can change to Your liking if You let us know before. We think as well it is a good idea to call before a visit and check out the availability of the dishes You want to order, and in general to communicate more with the staff for the best solutions. We think our customer is the most important person in the place, so, just speak up and we do our best. Cheers!
