I really appreciate you taking the time to write this review so that we can improve! I am so sorry you were unhappy with your experience! We are a small cafe NOT a restaurant, so then therefore yes MOST of our food is pre-made Fresh! However we do make smoothies, smoothie bowls, avocado toast, hummus toast and sweet toast to order! All of our products are Gluten free, GF pasta is more mushy then "normal" pasta. We added the fresh cherry tomatoes to add some freshness to the dish! Also our snacks packs are definitely something you could make at home! The point of the snack packs is to have a quick snack ready for you if you are on the go!
