The menu is actually pretty hard to decipher as far as allergens. There is no uniformity. Some items say it contains gluten or soy but other items do contain gluten/soy but it doesn't say. When you call and ask for a recommendation of something that is gluten AND soy-free invariably the go-to for them is the "beyond burger" which is pretty unappetizing to most long-term vegans. The place is cool if you are JUST vegan, I wouldn't recommend it if you have allergies though.
