I had a very similar experience a week or two before, so this goes to show my experience wasn't a one-off, they have a general practice of bad customer service and taking way too long to prepare food. And when you do get the food, the portions are tiny. We literally waited for 1h45 minutes after placing an order and there were only about 6 orders ahead of us. And yea, throwing a temperature monitor in your face without telling you what they're doing or asking your permission is rude and kind of violating.
