I did not read this before traveling but I wish I had. I did notice that they had jello for dessert which I thought was suspect so of course did not order it. I can see where maybe some people might think gelatin is vegetarian but it is not. But chicken broth? There's just no excuse. Next time I will be more careful in my selections. Still this was one of the only vegan friendly restaurants I found in Uruguay and Argentina and it was like an oasis at the time.
