Let me explain why I wrote that very respectfully (btw, are you the submitter?) HC claims to want to have a good percentage of the menu to be veggie. In metro areas, this means that in Seattle, the bar is raised especially when considering the volume of both vegan and veggie places. In this case, a "salad", as you said a vegan would need to stick to, would not and should not suffice. A listing to HC needs to be better in a veggie town than just a salad, a pb&j, or a hummus samich. Please. We can do better and we should. This is a chain after all, too. Mom and pop aren't grinding beans making hummus in the back. Feel free to ask directly any time too.
