I went to Lulas 3 times and found it mediocre. I think their concept as an old time apothecary just doesn't work. I was not impressed with their vegan frozen treats and found the flavors dull. Something about the ice cream just doesn't feel right in your mouth.I think I would spend my time and money elsewhere. Oh, yes and I found the music banal and grating, too and feel it was just annoying and didn't add anything to the 'experience.' I would just go to Stogos and call it a day ! I won't bother going there anymore. I gave them a few tries and feel there are so many great places in the East Village it doesn't make sense to waste your time where your patronage isn't appreciated.
