Our Sicilian is vegan crust, not sure who informed you it’s not but wanted to let you know it is. All our dough is homemade by myself and contains no dairy. Cauliflower crust does contain Parmesan therefore it’s not vegan. Sorry for the delay response but I just saw your review.
