Thank you so much for the kind words and honest review! We have standardized our hours by closing on Mon-Tue and 7-7 Wed through Sun with the kitchen open at 11AM until we sell out. We are prepping food everyday as much as we can store. We are consistently going longer into the day but yeah we still sell out on busy days. We are also offering some cold sandwiches and wraps in our grab n go cases for those occasions we have sold out of hot food.
