Hello, thank you for coming to our restaurant to taste our dishes, and thank you for your comments. Yes, we only have the inside space. Because of the virus, first of all, we can't keep the outdoor floors and tables disinfected, so we maintain social distancing in the indoor space. The second is that we have lost more than 80% of our customers due to the virus. I don't have the money to hire service staff, so I run the entire restaurant alone, and I can't take care of the outdoor guests. The decoration of our restaurant is similar to that of my home, because I want to treat my guests like my family and friends. I have worked in a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and a French restaurant. I have a lot of work experience, so our dishes are all my own design. For the pasta you see, I use fresh Japanese mushrooms and vegetable cream to cook , Udon noodles are also made with 4 kinds of mushrooms, 3 kinds of vegetables and Japanese soy sauce. We don’t use additives, colorings, or microwave ovens. Our dishes are prepared for monks in the monastery, because I am also studying Buddhism. Hope my answer is the answer you want.
