The mission is to inspire quests to redefine the way they look at food and with this, mainstream veganism. And although our prices are actually under average compared to other (good) city centre restaurants, it is not our goal to be the cheapest. High quality plant-based dishes take a lot of hard work and carefully selected (often organic) ingredients. Add to this a high-end location and interior and the result is a wonderful experience altogether! We truly believe that our offer is fair, and we obviously can only hope that our guests recognize the whole package and appreciate what is being done. 🙏🙂 Much love, the WAKU team
