The blonde lady you spoke to was actually me, the owner, who was also the one that took your order over the phone (if you're trying to be respectful I also wouldn't refer to people that way - you could have asked me for my name), so I still stand by the fact that you did not order your nachos deconstructed as this is a very common request that we happily accommodate and actually advertise since we are currently takeout only. We also always repeat orders back to confirm. As you can tell from the photos that you posted, our windows are not tinted as you can see the menus posted from inside perfectly clear. We also installed this takeout window only because of the pandemic so that we could have the most contactless service possible, create a barrier between us and the customers, and maintain social distancing guidelines. Of course we're going to state you didn't order deconstructed because as a conscious vegan, wasting food isn't preferred. Throwing the nachos isn't a tantrum - I am required by the health department to throw any returned food items touched by the customer away, and this is something I would do regardless, especially during a pandemic. Regardless of how many times customers come, we're always going to be serving the food through the takeout window or the door if the order is a larger order, and we will always wave down our customers, especially when the car is parked right outside the window, or call out the window by their name or order number. Many customers can attest to this and this was the whole point of installing a takeout window after being closed for two months. The health of both our staff and customers is a top priority, so no we will not be personally delivering items if it's not necessary. Sometimes, as requested, we may go outside to take out an order depending on where they're parked and can't see or hear us, if it's a food delivery driver that came really early, if they have a disability, if they have a lot of food they may need help carrying, and if just simply requested if we are not too busy to accommodate. We made another set of nachos for you that were deconstructed without question, and if you were still displeased, there is nothing else we could've done for you. If you still don't want to return and don't want to recommend us, we are okay with that, but would recommend you be a little more honest with your reviews or not take this "travesty" so out of context.
