Hi Katherine, Thanks so much for your feedback. Our KYND little store often gets a build up of foot traffic and people travelling from all parts of Victoria to stock up on all of our vegan goodies. Sometimes big orders can take a little bit longer to process to ensure mistakes aren't made we like to take a little bit of extra time.
