Dear Ms. Hefler, I wanted to sincerely apologize for the level of service you received while dining with us yesterday. My name is Michael Gross, VP of Operations for SoBe Vegan. We appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of your experience. It gives us the opportunity to improve our performance and try to make things right with you, our valued guest. There is no excuse for the level of service that you describe and the lack of follow-up by our team to correct the mistakes. It gives you a terrible impression of our standards and for that, I am truly sorry. I would like to invite you and your husband back as our guests to receive the meal and level of service you should have received yesterday. You gave great feedback on our menu items as well and I would appreciate the opportunity to introduce you to other items which I know you would love.
