Hi christierogers! We are vegan too so I am confused. We make our pizza dough in house with flour, extra virgin olive oil, water, yeast, sugar and salt. Our bread is from Galasso's Bakery and we have confirmed that neither of the bread products contain any animal products. As for toppings, in addition to vegan cheese, we have all the veggies and pineapple to top the pizzas. We have been working to find an acceptable vegan pepperoni and vegan sausage but have not found any products that we are happy with yet.
