Hi - glad you liked the Avo BLT. Your post here is pretty misinformed so lets talk some facts. 1.) plastic? - almost all packaging, utensils, straws etc. are compostable (a few are PET). Other than a couple types of packaging we are required to have "sealed" by Health Departments, nothing else is "plastic". 2.) organic - more than 90% of our dry goods are organic -- come check them out -- our coconut, almond butter, granola, quinoa, milks etc....as far as produce -- we buy organic and locally whenever we can, availability tends to be seasonal, so we do not have fully organic produce, correct....but we always have a large % of our produce that is organic at any given time...and we tell our customers to ask...currently in-house now we have ORGANIC oranges, carrots, apples, ginger, arugula, beets among other things... 3.) fast food? This is my favorite. First our team thanks you for the compliment, since we are a quick-service restaurant and they get orders out in under 7 minutes. a.) we fry nothing in this store everything is baked b.) I am not sure how many fast-food restaurants get fresh produce delieverd 5-6 times a week....c.) there are only a few items on our menu we DO NOT make in-house...again beyond misisinformed as we make nearly everything on our menu from scratch. And d.) last but not least, your comments on soy and wheat gluten are false and entirely subjective. If you have celiacs or a gluten allergy = wheat gluten not for you. Otherwise, wheat gluten is high in protein, high in prebiotics, low in carbs and fat free. So thanks for the comments and we may not be for you, but as a new business we wanted to throw the facts out there for our customers.
