I can totally understand where you're coming from as I felt the same way and I always feel that way when I first arrive. The guy you're referring to is actually the chef and the waiter. He is super passionate and will happily talk with you if you ask him a question (in Spanish, he doesn't speak English). This guy does everything and I don't think we should judge someone on their facial expressions, instead we should take the time to understand their journey?
