Hi! Thank you so much for this review and the great photo! The chickpea salad sandwich is my go-to a lot as well. We are really happy you enjoyed your visit. And we appreciate your words about the cookies. We don't want to wrap them in plastic and to keep them fresh we need to keep them in the fridge. The brownies stay moist in there - but the cookies do get a bit drier. Not sure how to solve that issue. But if you prefer a moist dessert the brownies are great for that.
