Dear ogbunnyhugger666, thanks for the interest shown in our humble cafeteria. Wow it is quite strange that the tofu was unflavored, but it could have happened... Our opening times says we close at 16:00 hours, but the kitchen closes 45 minutes before to let the customers finish their meals so everyone leaves at 16:00. We also close earlier when we have not food to offer, or we are so short that there will be more No's than Yes' when asking for food. Have a good day! Saludos
