Hello, thank you for your visit and review. The reason why are our patties softer is that we do not fry them. We bake them to keep so many nutrients inside as possible. We always ask our customers twice if everything is ok (1st when you are eating, 2nd when you are paying by the cash desk). If its not ok, we can immediately change your order or cancel it. We dont want you to pay and eat what you dont like, thats our policy. We want to be diffrent. Thank you again for your visit and review. Sincerely Lukas manager
