Hello Douglas, I'm Tom, the chef of the "ESSKALATION" in Bonn. Thank you for your review. I just saw your recent update in 2020. Good news: Since January 1, 2020, we do not offer any dairy anymore. So we are 100% vegan now - without exceptions.
