It happend 2 months ago, so we can't investigate how that happened to you, but I'm glad our team tried to fix it right away. You're right. We don't know much about veganism as it's a new thing in Vietnam. We're a small family cafe and our food is cooked by our antie from home kitchen with love. When we started having people come to ask for vegertarian/vegan food, she started learning how to make them. Now, our non-meat menu is more variety. And we have customers keep coming back and ask for it. In your case, I think our staff mistake you order Vegertarian in stead of Vegan. We did a training about vegan food.
