I was just there last week - it isn't very clear, but it is still there. Upstairs, where the art gallery is, if you enter the second room on the right, there should be a big sign for Manipura next to another flight of stairs which leads to the restaurant. I believe it has moved again since the previous reviews were made. So you don't go downstairs.
