Thanks MargreetJacobs! It´s good to know things to learn and improve our menu. You´re right about colesaw salad, we made it with mayonaise (not veganese mayo) and when vegan costumers are having meal here we use to offer different options with the burguers. Burguers are vegan and we create our menu including lot of vegetarian and vegan options so I think we know some things about vegan and vegetarian diets but, of course, not all of us are vegan and they might offer other sides with the burguer.
