Great to hear that you're following through with making sure the compostables get composted! I also didn't know that there were take-away zoning rules, and can definitely appreciate the complexities and costs involved with using "real" dishes - thank you for making an honest effort to reuse where you can and continuing to look ahead so that you can make further changes as they become feasible for you. all the best!
