Dear tulips.and.trains, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write this review. We stew our curry for a long period of time to create a more flavorful experience. This is the traditional method for cooking the Massaman Curry and smaller pieces of vegetables are not suitable. We are glad to hear you enjoyed our Thai Iced Tea with Coconut milk.
