Mostly guests who come to eat at this place are Khmer. The European or other foreigners may go to the restaurant nextdoor. That´s why the portions are big enough for Khmer people. Sometime they could not even finish the (quite big) portion. They do not eat like foreigners who may eat one portion so big which could be for 2 or 3 Khmer people. The portion in Europe is quite bigger than here. We like to come here. Mushroom is used as the most important ingredient, according to the name of the restaurant, in Khmer គល់ផ្សិត
