Hello Laureen, Sorry to hear that you do not like the changes we made to our offer. We put a lot of work into constantly improving it and even more so during the last few months. As regards the brunch menu, it was changed following customer feedback and most of them love the new formula. We are also offering a broader menu, but keep the selection of cakes limited indeed to ensure maximum freshness. The buffet, offered approx. 2 days per month, is an add-on which is much appreciated by many (we've been fully booked again last week) The ice tea is always served in the same big glass, if it was not, then it was simply a mistake, and we apologize. Please note that while we always thrive to ensure the best customer experience, mistakes can happen. In that case we are always open to listen and if given the chance, fix the problem on site immediately. Have a nice day, Julie
