Thank you very much for your very kind comment. Precisely, we offer one meal on sunday for the brunch but during the week we always have 3 vegan straters, 3 vegan main courses and 6 vegan desserts. In fact, 90% of our dishes are vegan. We also have 1 vegetarian starter and 1 vegetarian cheesecake (always real vegetarian cheese made with vegetable rennet).
