Elissa, im sad we have disappointed you but even more sad that you would give us 2 stars and only highlight negative things about visiting Birch Bark. On one occasion when you visited the server did neglect you and your family, and then even worse forgot to ticket one item on your order resulting in a disappointing situation where your food came out separately. We are still in our infancy as a business and we are seriously trying our best everyday to improve all aspects, speed being our biggest challenge due to a very small working space. We care intensely about all guest's experiences and when presented the opportunity to right a wrong we bend over backwards to ensure guest satisfaction. We even carry your items downstairs to your vehicle when you are overwhelmed with things to carry... but if that pales in comparison to the inconvenience of waiting for your food in the order it was submitted then I am unsure what else I can offer you other than apologies MONTHS after your last visit. Fortunately many other people have kindly reviewed us based on our effort and passion and not our mistakes. P.s. we dont have a microwave, not in our home and certainly not in our restaurant.
