Hi Tamy, too bad you were that disappointed. We're so sorry for that. Well, first of all we do always use the highest quality ingredients, you may always ask for the detailed meal description while you will be at our restaurants? And secondly, maybe it is like you kinda do not like the way we do prefer food? There are lots of Israeli guests that fall in love with our hummus and adds that we put on this and so on. Hopefully, you will give us a second chance and try e.g. buddha burger or orther meal that you will love :))) Best regards Tel Aviv Team
