Hi Vicky! My name is Jason and I’m the owner of Bite. I wanted to address your latest review. I spoke with my staff and they advised me of your concerns and how upset you were. I’d like to address your first statement which stated we have no vegan options. That is not true. All of our menu items are made to order so we are able to omit and/or change the ingredients to make it “vegan”. We do not market ourselves as a “vegan” café. We are a café that offers a few vegan options. I’m sorry none of those items appealed to you. Our staff try their best to educate our customers; however we rely on the customers to know their own dietary requirements. Again, We are so sorry you had to go through this and hope that you’re able to find another café that can accommodate your requests. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
