Hello Jäcqui, Sorry to read you did not enjoy the fries. They are handcut and double fried in oil, as per belgian custom. We usually heat the homemade boulets thoroughly and we apologize if a mistake was made. Please note that while we always thrive to serve impeccable food, mistakes can happen.
