Hi aGyller. Thanks for your review. We try to be honest with our guests and are very strong on our idea of organic, all vegan foods. We source our greens from Samatha organic farm, handpicked almost every morning, and our grains from Auroville and Dharamshala, mostly organic. Only some vegetables that are sourced locally are not organic and we simply cannot help it because of the limited choice of organic produce in the market. I hope this clarifies.
