HI greenhouse life, sorry you did not enjoy your Raw Dish and it was not what you expected. Raw Dishes would not be raw if served with something like cooked rice. We do reiterate to customers that are new to us and haven't had the raw dishes before that these are not cooked dishes, and confirm that they are aware it is a raw dish. We are sorry you did not raise this with us at the time, even though we did check with you to see if everything was ok, as we would have happily replaced the dish for you with any of the other raw or cooked dishes.
